Whether your company is a Small/Medium Business (SMB), an Enterprise, or whether you need to collaborate regularly or only occasionally, Octopz has the flexible licensing structure and features to meet your needs. And whether your organization holds one license or one hundred, there is no limit to the number of Users you can create. Employees, suppliers, customers and anyone else you want to meet with - your license covers them all.
There is no limit to the number of Meeting Rooms you can create, although the number of Meeting Rooms active at any one time may not exceed the number of licenses your company holds.

Our new Daily Pass pricing option is just $9.95 USD per day and will allow users and their guests unlimited access to a single Octopz Meeting Room for a period of 24 hours.
Octopz Works for Small/Medium Business
For just $99 USD per month per license (a cost that some customers recoup in long-distance savings alone by using the built-in VoIP capability) SMB/SoHo customers have access to the full range of Octopz features including:
- Convenient modular training videos and comprehensive online help
- Customer support via email, with a response time of 6 hours or less
- 1GB of storage space in total, per license
- 2GB of bandwidth per month, per license
Licensing is based on a concurrent room model in which:
- Licensors can create an unlimited number of rooms (virtual meeting rooms with project specific documents)
- Licensors can create an unlimited number of users - both internal (eg. employees) and external (eg. suppliers and customers)
- The number of rooms that can be active (with one or more people logged in and actively working) at any given time is equal to the number of licenses held. Additional licenses can be purchased on a monthly basis
Octopz Works for Enterprise
Octopz provides additional features to meet the needs of large organizations including an extensible architecture and additional storage. The offering includes:
